Rick Krupa is the Broker and Brokerage owner of Flight Realty and is licenced in Residential Property Sales, Commercial and  Rural Real Estate and Property Management. He is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and has a diploma from Mount Royal College (now Mount Royal University).

Rick has several years of Real Estate experience as an Associate with both Remax and Logic Realty .

Why “FLIGHT REALTY?”

Rick has also had a career in Aviation as both a Military Pilot and Airline Pilot. While in the Canadian Armed Forces he served as a KC130 Hercules Aircraft Captain in the Gulf War efforts and as a Helicopter Pilot in the Air Force Reserves. As an Airline Pilot he flew at Canadian Regional Airlines, Air Canada Jazz and as a Captain with Westjet Airlines. He still flies occasionally for Air North on the Boeing 737 whenever they need an extra hand and when his workload permits.

Rick is passionate about everything that has to do with buying, selling and fixing/upgrading houses. He has called Edmonton his home for most of his life and knows and loves the city as a true Edmontonian!
